Wash and drain the strawberries and grapes.

Pull the stalks from the strawberries, before asking an adult to help halve each one using a knife. Pull the grapes off the stalks.

Peel the satsumas and separate into segments. Peel the bananas and, with some help from an adult, slice them into small pieces.

Place all the fruit in a bowl and mix together. Remember, you can also use peeled and sliced kiwi, chunks of fresh mango or canned pineapple pieces.

Add the orange juice. Or, you may want to experiment with other types of fruit juice if you’d prefer.

Serve chilled, or put it into a pot and keep as a lunchbox treat.
