Use whatever berries you have to made these frozen yogurt bites. Coated in dark chocolate, the kids will love these as a summer snack. Keep a batch of these in your freezer to keep the kids happy all summer long. See method

Ingredients

  • 250g berries, larger berries roughly chopped (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries work well)
  • 180g full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 150g dark chocolate, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Line a freezer-proof tray with baking paper. Mix the berries, yogurt and honey together in a mixing bowl. Dollop 10 piles of the mixture onto the prepared tray and freeze for 4 hrs until frozen, or overnight.
  2. Put the chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and cook in the microwave in 30 sec bursts until melted. Allow to cool for 5 mins then, working fairly quickly, dip each frozen yogurt bite into the chocolate. Put the bites back in the freezer for 10 mins to harden, then serve immediately or keep in the freezer for up to 1 month.
