Get into the holiday spirit and shake up this festive mocktail, full of Christmassy flavours. See method

Ingredients

  • 100ml 0% gin-style spirit (we used Tanquery)
  • 100ml clementine juice​
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar​
  • 2 sprigs rosemary​
  • soda water​
  • slices of clementine, to serve​
  • ice cubes, to serve​

Method

  1. ​Mix together the gin-style spirit, clementine juice, and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Shake well until the sugar has dissolved.​ 
  2. Pour into two tumblers.​ 
  3. Top each with a rosemary sprig, a slice of clementine and some ice cubes, then fill the glass with soda water. Serve.​ ​
