Ingredients

  • 100ml Gordon's 0.0%​
  • 150ml pineapple juice​
  • juice of 2 limes​
  • 6 cocktail cherries, plus 2 tsp juice from the jar​
  • ice cubes
  • 100ml soda water​

Method

  1. ​Mix the Gordon's 0.0%, pineapple juice, lime juice, and 1 tsp of the cocktail cherry juice. Shake in a cocktail shaker with two ice cubes for 30 secs.​ 
  2. Put ice cubes into two tumblers or Sling glasses and pour the liquid in.​ 
  3. Top each up with soda water – we suggest about 50ml each, but you can do it to taste.​ 
  4. Thread the cocktail cherries onto toothpicks with a wedge of lime and rest over the glass lip to serve.
