Start the day with this zingy and fruity fresh smoothie. This blend of tart grapefruit, sweet banana and juicy mangoes is tasty for breakfast-on-the-go or a midday snack. 

Add half the grapefruit segments, the Fairtrade banana and mango to a blender and blend until smooth with the yogurt and ice cubes.

Taste and add more grapefruit if you would like it tarter. Chill for 30 minutes before drinking.
