Start the day with this zingy and fruity fresh smoothie. This blend of tart grapefruit, sweet banana and juicy mangoes is tasty for breakfast-on-the-go or a midday snack. 

  1. Add half the grapefruit segments, the banana and mango to a blender and blend until smooth with the yogurt and ice cubes.
  2. Taste and add more grapefruit if you would like it tarter. Chill for 30 mins before drinking.
