Wonderfully aromatic, puréed mango is combined with fresh lime juice and pineapple juice, then topped up with lemonade to make a long zesty drink.

  1. Mix the mango pulp, pineapple juice, lime juice and lemonade together in a large jug.
  2. Pour into ice-filled half-pint tumblers and garnish with lime zest.
