Ingredients

  • 1/2 mango
  • 250ml (8fl oz) low-fat coconut yogurt
  • 1 large banana
  • 100ml (3 1/2fl oz) coconut water
  • 6 passion fruit

Method

  1. In a blender, whizz the mango, coconut yogurt, banana and coconut water, until smooth.
  2. Stir in the pulp and seeds of the passion fruits, then divide between 2 glasses and serve.
