  • 3 kiwis, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 apple, such as Cox or Golden Delicious, cored and cut into pieces
  • large handful green grapes
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 100ml (3½fl oz) low-fat vanilla yogurt
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead
