Ingredients

  • 200g tub taramasalata
  • 340g jar of crinkle cut gherkins, plus 2 tsp brine
  • small handful fresh dill, finely chopped
  • fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Decant the taramasalata into a bowl. Stir in 2 tsp brine from the jar of gherkins, then add 8 finely chopped gherkin slices and the dill. Stir well, then garnish with extra gherkins, some more dill and torn fresh mint leaves, if you like.

Tip: There's no need to decant the dip if you don't want to use extra crockery. Just stir the gherkins and dill into the taramasalata tub.
