  • 1/2 large pineapple, skinned and cut into chunks
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • handful mint leaves

Method

  1. Push the pineapple, carrots, oranges, and mint leaves through a juicer into a jug. Serve in chilled glasses.

Tip:If you don’t have a juicer, whizz the ingredients in a food processor and strain through a sieve into a jug.
