This wonderfully bright juice is packed with fruity flavour, from zesty oranges to tropical pineapple. A super simple breakfast idea that can be whizzed up in just 5 minutes.

Push the pineapple, carrots, oranges, and mint leaves through a juicer into a jug. Serve in chilled glasses.

Tip: If you don’t have a juicer, whizz the ingredients in a food processor and strain through a sieve into a jug.
