It's oh so easy being green with this vibrant juice that's packed full of fresh, nourishing ingredients. Iron-rich spinach, refreshing cucumber, sweet apple and sharp lemon combine to make a delicious drink that's given a lively kick from added root ginger.
- Put all the ingredients except the lemon into a blender along with 250ml water. Whizz together until really smooth, scraping down the sides a couple of times.
- Stir through the lemon juice to taste and pour into glasses to serve.
Tip: If you have a juicer, try putting the ingredients through the juicer, starting with the ginger. You’ll get enough juice to serve 1 person.
