- Place all the ingredients in a juicer, starting with the ginger. You’ll get enough to serve 1 person.
Tip: To make a smoothie, put all the ingredients except the lemon into a blender along with 250ml (8fl oz) water. Whiz together until really smooth, scraping down the sides a couple of times. Then stir through the lemon juice to taste and pour into glasses to serve.
