Pink lady cocktail HERO

Put a small handful of British raspberries into a cocktail shaker and crush using a muddler or long spoon. Pour in 40ml (1½fl oz) Gordon's Gin, then add 25ml (1fl oz) Finest Triple Sec and 20ml (¾fl oz) lemon juice. Give everything a good shake, then strain the liquid into a martini glass. Garnish with some finely cut lemon peel, or an extra raspberry if you like, and serve.
