Impress your guests with this elegant pink lady cocktail. This classic 1950s cocktail is made with gin, triple sec and fresh raspberries.

  1. Put a small handful of British raspberries into a cocktail shaker and crush using a muddler or long spoon.
  2. Pour in the gin, then add the Triple Sec and lemon juice. Give everything a good shake, then strain the liquid into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with some finely cut lemon peel, or an extra raspberry if you like, and serve.
