Ingredients

  • 75g rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp apple juice
  • 175ml almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • ½ apple, cored
  • 2 tbsp Arla Protein Blueberry Yogurt
  • 125g fresh seasonal berries
  • 2 tbsp clear honey

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the oats with the apple juice and almond milk. Mash the banana and coarsely grate the apple, then fold through the oat mixture. Set aside for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Spoon between bowls and top with yogurt, fresh berries and a squeeze of honey to serve.
