  1. Put the raspberries and sugar into a pan with a splash of water and heat until the sugar has dissolved and the raspberries have softened.
  2. Press the raspberry mixture through a fine sieve into a large jug. Add the cava, stir well and pour into 6 chilled champagne flutes.
