Adding raspberries to homemade lemonade gives it a tangy flavour and a beautiful pink colour - perfect for drinking in the sunshine. This incredibly zesty lemonade can be diluted with sparkling or still water, as you wish.
Put the lemons, raspberries and sugar in a blender with 400ml (14fl oz) water.
Blitz until finely chopped, then push through a sieve, pressing hard to squeeze as much liquid through as possible.
Serve 1 part raspberry lemonade diluted with 2 parts sparkling or still water, plenty of ice and a few extra raspberries to garnish.
