Snowball sgroppino recipe

A splash of sherry gives this Italian cocktail a festive spin and it's the easiest frozen drink you can make. The glitter spray gives it that extra sparkle! See method

1 scoop of lemon sorbet
2 tbsp fino sherry
75ml cava, chilled
silver edible glitter spray, to serve

Method

Put a scoop of lemon sorbet in the centre of a chilled coupe glass. Top with the fino sherry, then slowly pour in the chilled cava around the edges of the sorbet.
Spray with silver edible glitter spray to serve.

Tip: If catering for a crowd, scoop the sorbet ahead of time and place on a plate or baking tray in the freezer for speedy assembly.
