Ingredients

  • 60ml cream sherry
  • 90ml Tesco Finest prosecco rosé
  • 60ml light ginger beer
  • wide piece of lime zest, to garnish
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass or highball with ice and pour over the sherry, then gently pour in the prosecco and ginger beer so that it doesn’t bubble over.

2. Lay the strip of lime zest flat on a chopping board and cut 4 slits in the centre, leaving either end intact. Fold one end of the strip through the centre and pull gently to twist. Rest on the edge of the glass to garnish.
