This simple, crushed berry limeade is made in a few minutes, and is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summers day. Use frozen berries, defrosted in the fridge, in place of fresh if you wish. If using agave nectar, this recipe is also vegan-friendly.
- Put the agave nectar (or honey), lime juice and berries together in a serving jug. Muddle (mash) with a wooden spoon handle to crush the berries.
- When well mixed, top up the jug with the chilled water. Pour into ice-filled glasses to serve.
