This elegant cocktail, made with rosé wine, mint, lemon, lime and agave, is the perfect refresher to enjoy al fresco. So easy to prepare, it can also be made in a large jug, making it ideal for a summer party. See method

Ingredients

  • 75cl bottle Tesco Finest Provence rosé
  • 3 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 10 sprigs mint
  • large handful ice
  • 500ml sparkling water
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method

  1. Pour the rosé and agave into a large jug. Squeeze the lemon and lime slices over then drop them in, with the mint.
  2. Stir to combine, then add the ice and sparkling water. Serve in glasses.

Tip: Turn this into a mocktail by using cranberry juice instead of rosé.
