Ingredients

75cl bottle Tesco Finest Provence rosé
3 tbsp agave nectar
1 lemon, sliced
2 limes, sliced
10 sprigs mint
large handful ice
500ml sparkling water

If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method

Pour the rosé and agave into a large jug. Squeeze the lemon and lime slices over then drop them in, with the mint.
Stir to combine, then add the ice and sparkling water. Serve in glasses.

Tip: Turn this into a mocktail by using cranberry juice instead of rosé.
