Add a fruity twist to the classic Cuban cocktail with the season's best blueberries, giving you a sweet, refreshing rum-based mojito. A colourful, shareable drink that's perfect enjoyed outside with friends and family.

  1. Combine the blueberries and the mint in a large jug. Crush using the end of a rolling pin.
  2. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Pour in the rum, then mix again.
  3. Fill the jug with crushed ice, then top it up with soda water. Add the remaining blueberries, lime wedges and mint sprigs. Serve immediately.

Tip: For a delicious-alcohol free version of this refreshing, fruity tipple, simply replace the rum with elderflower cordial.
