This easy summer spritz mocktail is pure holiday vibes. Pour Volvic Touch of Mango Passion Sparkling over ice, fresh lime and passion fruit for a refreshing, tropical-tasting drink. See method

Ingredients

  • handful of ice
  • 2 limes, 1 juiced, 1 sliced thinly into half moons
  • 1 passion fruit, quartered (optional)
  • 2 x 330ml can Volvic Touch of Mango Passion Sparkling, chilled
  • sprig of mint (optional)

Method

  1. Fill two large wine glasses with ice. Divide the lime slices equally between the two.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of lime juice and the seeds of ¼ passion fruit to each glass.
  3. Pour a 330ml can of Volvic Touch of Mango Passion sparkling into each glass. Stir gently with a teaspoon to combine and top with a passion fruit quarter to serve and a sprig of mint, if you like.
