  • 6 tbsp natural yogurt

Method

This refreshing watermelon smoothie is enriched by hints of spicy ginger. Quick and simple to make, it is the perfect drink to keep you going throughout the day.

  1. Cut the rind away from the pulp of the watermelon and place the pulp into a food processor, seeds included (these are rich in vitamin E).
  2. Add the ground ginger and yogurt, then blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with ice and a sprig of mint to garnish.
