Enjoy this super quick, fruity smoothie bowl for breakfast. Blitz together fresh berries, juicy nectarine and granola before topping with yoghurt and more fruit for a bright breakfast ready in five minutes. See method

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 180g raspberries
  • 1 nectarine, diced
  • 2 handfuls granola
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • handful ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
  • ½ sliced nectarine
  • handful berries
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method

  1. In a blender, blitz the banana, raspberries, diced nectarine, half the granola, the lime juice and ice cubes, until smooth.
  2. Divide between bowls and top with the yogurt, remaining granola, sliced nectarine and berries.
