Ravneet’s ras malai cake
This week in The Tesco Kitchen, Ravneet brings a classic Indian dessert, ras malai, but in cake form! A wonderfully light, beautifully spiced sponge, soaked in a cardamom and saffron-infused milk, and topped with whipped cream, chopped pistachios, flaked almonds and a drizzle of saffron sugar syrup.
