Amaretto spritz recipe

Sweet and almondy, this cocktail is made with sparkling wine and refreshing apple juice. Garnish with maraschino cherries for a deliciously festive drink. See method

60ml Tesco Finest pressed pink lady apple juice
90ml cava
2 Opies cocktail cherries, to garnish

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass or highball with ice and pour over the amaretto and apple juice, then gently pour in the sparkling wine so that it doesn’t bubble over.

2. Thread the cherries onto a cocktail stick and rest on the rim of the glass to garnish.
