  • 1 tbsp chocolate spread
  • 125ml almond milk alternative
  • 100ml amaretto
  • ice cubes
  • cocoa powder, to serve

  1. Put the chocolate spread and almond milk in a jug and whisk until well combined. Stir in the amaretto.
  2. Fill a large jam jar or lidded container with ice cubes, seal tightly then pour in the chocolate milk mixture and shake vigorously. 
  3. Strain into 2 martini glasses and sprinkle over a little cocoa powder to serve, if you like.

Tip: For an extra luxurious finish, swap half the almond milk alternative for cream.
