  • 1 lime or lemon wedge
  • sugar, for decorating
  • 50ml Kahlúa, chilled
  • 60ml Baileys Chocolate Luxe

  1. Place a martini glass in the freezer 5 mins before you want to serve the cocktail.
  2. Remove the martini glass from the freezer. Decorate the rim of your glass by running the wedge of lime or lemon around the rim, then put the sugar in a small, shallow dish and dip the glass in the sugar to create a frosty rim to the glass.
  3. Pour the Kahlúa into the glass, then slowly pour the Baileys down the side of the glass so that it floats on top of the drink. This should achieve a gorgeous two-tiered effect. Serve immediately.
