Ingredients

  • 400g (13oz) strawberries, hulls removed
  • 1 x 400ml tinned coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp dessicated coconut

Method

  1. Slice the strawberries in half. Place them in a plastic container or resealable bag and freeze for 2 hours, until frozen but not too solid.
  2. Put the strawberries in a blender and whizz with the coconut milk, honey and desiccated coconut. Divide between chilled glasses.
