- 375g raspberries
- 3 ripe peaches, halved, stoned and roughly chopped
- 4 tbsp oats
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 400ml unsweetened almond milk

Method
- Put the raspberries, peaches, oats, bananas, honey and almond milk into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Enjoy right away or pour into freezer-proof containers in portions and freeze for later. Defrost overnight in the fridge.
