Ingredients

  • 375g raspberries
  • 3 ripe peaches, halved, stoned and roughly chopped
  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 400ml unsweetened almond milk

Method

  1. Put the raspberries, peaches, oats, bananas, honey and almond milk into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Enjoy right away or pour into freezer-proof containers in portions and freeze for later. Defrost overnight in the fridge.
