Ingredients
- 250g oats
- 50g (2oz) raisins
- 50g dried apricots, chopped
- 60g (2½oz) flaked almonds
- 2 eating Rosedene Farms apples
- 600ml skimmed milk
- 100ml orange juice
- juice of ½ Suntrail Farms lemon
- 150g natural yogurt
- fresh berries, to serve

Method
- Place the oats, raisins, apricots, almonds and grated apple into a large bowl and mix together. Pour in the milk, orange and lemon juice and mix again. Leave in the fridge overnight. Serve for breakfast with a dollop of natural yogurt and a few berries of your choice.
