Ingredients

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe melon, peeled and deseeded, about 1kg (2lb) prepared weight
  • 50g (2oz) caster sugar
  • 300ml (1/2 pint) Sauvignon Blanc or similar dry white wine
  • 1 lime, squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
