  • 15 chorizo slices
  • 30 cocktail sausages
  • red pepper houmous
  • smoked paprika

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 5, 190°C, fan 170°C.
  2. Halve the chorizo slices and wrap around the cocktail sausages, then roast until cooked through.
