Ingredients

  • 1 x pack 2 bake at home baguettes
  • 10 frozen fish goujons
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 15g chives
  • pink slaw

Method

  1. Cook the baguettes following the packet instructions. Set aside to cool a little, then cut each into 5 chunks and split open.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the fish goujons following the packet instructions. Finely chop the chives and mix with the mayonnaise.
  3. Spread each baguette chunk with the chive mayo. Add a goujon and top with a spoonful of pink slaw. Arrange the subs on a platter and garnish with extra chives.
