These delicious sushi salmon stacks are made with crème fraîche and a touch of wasabi for a fiery kick. They're quick and easy to make and the perfect bite-sized Christmas canapé for your party guests.

Mix the crème fraîche and wasabi; add 1 tsp to each of 20 cucumber slices. Cut the smoked salmon slices into 20 strips and arrange one strip over each wasabi-topped cucumber slice.Top with a piece of sushi ginger; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
