Packed with mango, pineapple, papaya and coconut drink, this fresh and creamy smoothie bowl has a lovely tropical taste. The oats, flaxseeds and almond butter lend warm, nutty notes and make it a properly satisfying breakfast. Ready in 10 minutes, this is an easy, speedy way to start your day right. See method

Ingredients

  • 200g exotic frozen fruit mix
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 150ml coconut drink
  • 2 tbsp 0% fat natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 30g porridge oats
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 2 tsp milled flaxseeds
  • 50g blueberries

Method

  1. Put the frozen fruit mix, turmeric, coconut drink, yogurt, almond butter and most of the porridge oats (keep a little for serving) in a high-powered blender; whizz until smooth.
  2. Divide the smoothie between bowls. Top each with ½ passion fruit, 1 tsp milled flaxseeds, the remaining porridge oats and 25g blueberries.
