Brighten your day with this smoothie bowl of whizzed up tropical fruits, fresh ginger and lime. Decorate with sliced fruit, coconut and chunks of Belvita Choc Chips Soft Bake. See method

Ingredients

  • 80g ripe pineapple, rough outer and core discarded and flesh thinly sliced
  • 60g (roughly ½) ripe mango, thinly sliced
  • 1 small banana, thinly sliced
  • 3cm piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • ½ lime, zested and juiced
  • 100ml unsweetened almond drink
  • 1 passion fruit, halved
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 x 50g Belvita Choc Chips Soft Bake, crumbled into bite-sized chunks

Method

  1. Add the pineapple, mango and banana (saving a little of each to garnish), the ginger, lime juice, unsweetened almond drink and half the passion fruit pulp to a high-powered blender. Blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the remaining fruit, desiccated coconut, lime zest and Belvita Choc Chips Soft Bake. Serve immediately.
