  • 50ml Scotch whisky
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger, plus a thin slice to serve
  • 25ml lime juice, plus a wedge to serve
  • 1 tsp runny honey
  • 150ml ginger ale
  • ice to shake and serve
