Ingredients

  • 6 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 4 sticks celery, peeled and chopped
  • 600ml orange juice

For the garnish

  • celery leaves, to garnish
  • 2 small sticks of celery, peeled and halved lengthwise

Method

  1. Place the carrots, celery and half of the orange juice in a juicer or food processor until smooth. Check the consistency, then add the remaining orange juice, blending again until smooth. Chill until needed.
  2. When ready to serve, divide evenly between 4 glasses and garnish each with half a stick of celery and a few celery leaves.
