Celebrate the season with this pretty forest fruits punch. Garnished with a honey-biscuit glass rim, apple stars and frozen berries, this cocktail has guaranteed wow factor! See method

Ingredients

  • 300ml Tesco Finest prosecco
  • 300ml forest fruits juice
  • 150ml vodka
  • ice cubes
  • 1 ginger biscuit
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • honey, for brushing
  • frozen blackberries for garnish
  • apple slices and apple star shapes for garnish
  • 4 tall glasses

Method

  1. Pour the prosecco, forest fruits juice and vodka into a jug. Fill with ice cubes.
  2. Crush the ginger biscuit and mix with the mixed spice and granulated sugar.
  3. Brush honey on sections of the outside of 4 tall glasses then sprinkle with the biscuit mix, shaking off excess. Fill each glass with ice, top with punch and garnish with frozen blackberries.
  4. For an extra flourish, thread fanned-out apple slices and apple star shapes onto cocktail sticks as a garnish.
