  • 3 clementines, peeled
  • 10g fresh mint, leaves only
  • 3 tbsp Tesco Finest orange blossom honey
  • ½ red chilli, finely sliced
  • ice cubes
  • 750ml white wine
  • 200ml sparkling water

  1. In a large jug, muddle together the clementine segments, mint leaves, honey and chilli until fragrant and the clementine segments have released their juice.
