This summery Brazilian cocktail is a delicious medley of tropical fruits that will liven up any barbecue - sharp kiwis combined with sour lime, fresh mint and sweet pineapple.

  1. Divide the kiwi, lime, mint and sugar between 2 short glasses and using a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon, crush them together to release the flavours. Fill each glass with ice and divide the vodka and pineapple juice between both.
