  • 60ml Tesco London Dry gin
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • 40ml sugar syrup
  • 100ml white wine
  • 200g ice cubes
  • 100ml sparkling water
  • 2 sprigs of mint or thyme (optional)

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and white wine into a blender suitable for crushing ice.
  2. Add 200g ice cubes and blend until finely crushed.
  3. Pour into wine glasses and top with sparkling water. Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint or thyme if you prefer.
