This is a delightful, summery and sophisticated cocktail, this martini is a medley of pear, elderflower and lemon. Do be careful though as it is all too easy to drink!

  1. Pour the pear vodka, pear juice, lemon juice and elderflower cordial into a cocktail shaker or large, lidded jar.
  2. Add a small handful of ice cubes and shake well. Strain into 2 martini glasses and serve each garnished with a pear slice.
