- 120ml coconut cream (or use the thickest part of coconut milk)
- 240ml pineapple juice
- 100ml white rum
- pineapple wedge, spears and a cocktail umbrella to serve (optional)

Method
- Put all of the ingredients apart from the garnishes into a small bender with a handful of ice and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Serve immediately between two glasses with the fresh pineapple wedge, spears and umbrella on the rim, if you like.
