Ingredients
- 200ml chilled tomato juice
- 50ml chilled vodka
- 1 tsp dry sherry
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
- A good grind of black pepper
- celery stick
- green olives
- lemon wedge

Method
- In a jug, mix together 200ml chilled tomato juice, 50ml chilled vodka, 1 tsp, 1 tsp dry sherry, 1 tsp lemon juice and 3 dashes each Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces.
- Season with a good grind of black pepper, adding extra Worcestershire for sweetness or Tabasco for heat, if you like.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour over the tomato mixture. Garnish with a celery stick, green olives and a lemon wedge to serve (optional).
