These pretty pots are great if you want a quick snack or dessert that's ready in 10. The layers of fresh raspberries, chopped pistachio, creamy yogurt and crumbled Belvita Choc Chips Soft Bake are a great flavour combination. This recipe serves one, but can be easily scaled up to serve more. See method

Ingredients

  • 50g raspberries
  • 50g Tesco Finest 0% fat Greek style natural yogurt
  • 1 x 50g Belvita Choc Chips Soft Bake, crumbled into bite-sized chunks
  • 5g shelled pistachios, finely chopped

Method

  1. Mash half the raspberries with a fork into the base of a small glass or jar (roughly 200ml capacity).
  2. Spoon over the yogurt and top with the Belvita Choc Chips Soft Bake chunks, the remaining raspberries and a sprinkle of pistachios.
  3. Store, covered, in the fridge for up to 2 days or enjoy right away.
