Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 100ml vermouth rosso
  • ice cubes
  • 1-2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 100ml prosecco
  • 100ml sparkling water
  • 2 fresh bay leaves

Method

  1. Squeeze the juice from ½ the orange and cut the other half into wedges; set aside.
  2. Mix the orange juice and vermouth rosso and divide between 2 large wine glasses. Fill the glasses with ice cubes and divide the prosecco and sparkling water between the glasses and gently stir.
  3. Garnish with the orange wedges and fresh bay leaves to serve.
