Ingredients
- 100g sweetened condensed milk
- 4 limes, juiced and zested
- 250ml whipping cream
- 8 Tesco Finest all-butter pastry tartlets (or 16 mini pastry tartlets)
- 1 meringue nest, crushed

Method
- Put the condensed milk in a bowl and mix with the zest and juice of the 3½ limes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it's just beginning to form soft peaks. Fold in the milk and lime mixture with a metal spoon or spatula until just combined.
- Carefully divide between the pastry tartlets and top with the zest of ½ a lime and 1 crushed meringue nest.
Tip: If your limes are too hard to squeeze, roll them firmly on the work surface to help release the juice.
