With a tangy mango and passion fruit yogurt, delicious buttery pastry and sweet meringue, these scrumptious Eton mess tartlets are a tasty treat to add to your Christmas spread and a great party food idea.

  1. Crumble the meringues into a bowl. Divide half of the crumbled meringues between the pastry tartlets.
  2. Top each with the mango and passion fruit yogurt, then scatter over the remaining meringue.
  3. Scrape out the seeds from the passion fruits; drizzle over the tartlets.

Tip: To avoid soggy pastry, assemble the tartlets just before serving.
