Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook 350g Everday Value penne pasta for 6 minutes, then add the florets of Everyday Value cauliflower and cook for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat 1tbsp oil in a pan and cook 1 sliced Everyday Value onion over a medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened.
Drain pasta and cauliflower and add to the onion. Stir in 200g half fat crème fraîche, 125g grated Everyday Value Cheddar cheese and a few snipped chives. Season and heat briefy to melt the cheese before serving.
