Freezing and defrosting guidelines
Freeze before baking. Wrap well in clingfilm and tin foil (to prevent freezer burn) and freeze for up to 3 months. Cook from frozen, adding 10 mins to the cooking time or until the pastry is crisp and golden and the filling is piping hot.
